( I really hope I'm making this thread it the correct section, extremely sorry if I'm wrong. I'm new here, so I'm still figuring things out. )
Name:
Batpaw
Name Explanation:
His brown fur and large ears earned him the prefix Bat, due to the similarities these characteristics have to those of the flying mammal.
Age:
10 moons
Gender:
Male
Appearance:
He is a lithe and somewhat small tom cat, with short, dark brown tabby fur, large pointed ears, and bright yellow eyes. His most noticeable physical trait is his front left leg, or really, the lack of a front left leg. It ends halfway up the limb, leaving him with nothing but a short stub.
Allegiance:
ForestClan
Ranking:
Apprentice
Personality:
Batpaw is young, fiery, and full of energy. Argue with him and you're going to get nothing but smack talk and attitude. He's extremely bold, and always ready to take a risk and face a challenge head on. He's a leader, not a follower. He prefers to do things his own way, and will be overly stubborn if anyone tries to make him do something a different way. He enjoys company and is very accepting of others, though since he's such a difficult cat, it takes patience to really get to know and bond with him. Loyalty is of the utmost importance to him, both to his friends and his clan.
History: His early life as a kit was rather uneventful. He had a loving mother and a few siblings, and grew up in relative peace. However, only one moon after becoming an apprentice, his had a surprise encounter with a fox when he got separated from his mentor on a hunting patrol. Luck must have been on his side, because he managed to escape from his attacker once the other warriors came to his rescue, though he didn't get away without leaving a bit of him behind, specifically his leg. This sent him straight to the medicine cat's den, where he spent the next two moons fighting off infections and regaining his strength. Once he recovered, he refused to back out of his warrior training and began to learn how to walk, hunt, and fight with only three legs. He is in no way skilled at anything yet; he's heavy-footed, clumsy, and slow, and often gets pains in the shoulder of his remaining front leg, which sends him back to the medicine cat's den time after time. Still, he's adapting to his new disability, albeit very slowly.
