The gathering upsetted Buzzardstar greatly, she could still feel anger boiling in her blood, How dare he rub it in my face how well his clan was doing, that was only thought running through her mind as she sat her den, she hadn't came out of since she left for the gathering, and now it had been one day after it and she was still angry over that gloatful fox. One of these days his clan will be having trouble and I swear I will treat him exactly the way he been treating me, I bet he only putting in show so he could sway me over to giving FlameClan, she glared at the entrance of her den letting out barely audible growl. I could just slap with will my claws right now, her tail was puffed up swishing rather violently as she stared from her den her clan.
She tried her best not to think about the fact that they were starving, she also tried not to think about the lack of guidance she had gotten from StarClan about this, not Paleflower came to her dreams to help her. In her gut, she could feel sadness, Paleflower had promised to help her whenever she needed it, but why hasn't she visited her since the bought of Greencough.

Bluestripe approached the edge of Buzzardstar's den. Was this even a good idea?
She was worried for her leader. Even resolute & wily cats like Buzzardstar would have reached the end of their tail with this nonsense. Foxstar could choke on crowfood at this point. If ForestClan ever went crying for help, they could count themselves out of luck with FlameClan.
She could smell Buzzardstar inside. Would she want to be left alone? Nervous, Bluestripe tapped her paw to her nose, an odd behavior she'd had since a kit. She couldn't really say why she did it- but it calmed her.
Maybe she was being selfish. Bluestripe wanted to talk to Buzzardstar, but she hadn't approached her.
Was it unprofessional to want to spend time with your leader as a friend rather than a deputy?
"Buzzardstar?" She said quietly, standing to the left of the den's entrance. She wouldn't intrude unless asked to. "I'm here," was all she could come up with. Mouse-brain! Buzzardstar might be thinking she needed a new deputy with all the use she'd been in this crisis.

Buzzardstar's ears flickered up as she heard Bluestripe, "Yes, come in, Bluestripe," she stated trying to keep a cool tone, but in truth she was still a bit irate about the Gathering, even if she tried to keep her voice to calm tone, the ire in her voice still lingered, "don't worry, you're not the one I'm angry at," she assured. Foxstar is the one I want to strangle right now, that little prideful weasel. It would him good to lose some lives until he gets it, she felt a bit surprise by that thought, she was never one to wish death upon someone, but ForestClan had managed to work their place to that spot.
She need comfort in a friend, after Paleflower wasn't there, not even in her dreams, and Bluestripe was one her best of friends.

Bluestripe felt something tighten in her chest at Buzzardstar's tone. Was she really wanted?
She ducked inside, blinking softly. She looked frazzled, all right. Bluestripe would feel the same in her place- who gave him the right...
She said she wasn't angry with her. Well, that was good. Bluestripe swallowed a sigh. Her sister said she'd done the best any cat could have, but it still felt like she'd done something wrong.
"I wondered if you needed company." Or counsel. It felt like the wrong time to push Buzzardstar to speak about Clan business. It was every moment, ever day, lately. If she wanted council, Bluestripe would offer it, but this moment felt like a moment for rest.

"Yeah," she rasped, "yeah, I do," she really did need a cat to talk to, the dead ones were ignoring she presumed due to probably her little outburst at the gathering last few moons ago. How could she keep her temper when she being hounded by Foxstar to give up FlameClan, but still she felt as if her ancestors were punishing her for that. With a ruffle of her fur, she stared down at the ground, why did she had think about that StarClan was probably (and mostly likely) ignoring her and probably planning on stripping her of the rest of her lives for being such a shameful leader. Her pupils widen as she let out a sigh.
