MountainClan:
Crowtail watched balefully as her clanmates settled in. FlameClan seemed to be getting ready to come in. They looked quite abuzz, angry enough to set the Moontree on fire, like their clan name. She curled her lips and waited.
FlameClan:
Bluestripe returned Buzzardstar's glance. "Are you ready?" She asked. She could tell both her cats and the other clans were getting impatient. She didn't want to give them anything to complain about, and she especially didn't want to give them too much time to notice how thin and tired they looked. She could feel the anger and worry from Buzzardstar and the others. She would just hope that they knew she would defend them to the last breath.
Redpaw watched the other cats conversing. Her leader seemed to be doing something, and Smokefang already seemed to be settled in. She wasn't looking forward to stepping down into that hollow...
OceanClan:
Pikepaw slowly withdrew his tail. They had been hoping to reassure Turtlepaw, but she seemed flustered. Had he been too forward? They turned away, a little embarrassed. He saw Breamstream a little ways off, looking quite uncomfortable. Poor Breamstream! They probably felt just as uncomfortable as Pikepaw did.

FlameClan:
"They're fat as kiytypets!" Emberfur cried, louder than she had intended when she finally got a good look at ForestClan. Quickly, she snapped her jaws shut and she lowered her head. She brushed her pelt against Firetail's for support and twitched the tip of her tail. Normally passive Emberfur was beginning to turn cranky with this apparent proof that ForestClan cats were feasting on FlameClan prey.

FlameClan: Thrushheart glared at the ForestClan cats, using every drop of willpower he had to stop himself from attacking him. He had been given a very strict warning to keep his mouth shut during this gathering. It would be hard, but he intended to. If ForestClan wanted a fight though, they would get one.

FlameClan-
The she cat cast her gaze off the sky and onto Pebblefoot. Though she was hoping for a few more moments of quiet on her own, she couldn't say no. That would be rude. "I don't mind at all," she replied, giving her a small smile, which quickly turned to a frown as she glanced over the jumble of cats around them. "Let's hope this Gathering doesn't go as bad as we're predicting it to be. Everybody is so on edge, it feels like a battle could break out at any moment. If a ForestClan cat so much as bumps into a FlameClan cat they could spark a fight," she muttered, her tail tip twitching nervously.

Flameclan:
As much as she hated to admit it, Pebblefoot knew that that was the truth. Some cats look like they are just barely managing to keep their fur on, and refrain from attacking any cat that crossed their path. "Let's hope that this doesn't start anything. The last thing we need is someone starting a war between clans." She sighed.

FlameClan-
"Especially right now, seeing as we've barely been able to scrape up enough food to sustain the clan," she mewed. Smokefang herself was feeling fatigued from the lack of food. She barely had anything to eat today, and the walk all the way down to the Moontree had left her exhausted. Silently, she prayed to StarClan for more rain, and prey for them to hunt.
ForestClan-
Batpaw could already hear hate filled whispers filtering through the air, making him even more nervous. Being told he could come to the Gathering yesterday suddenly seemed like such a stupid thing to get excited about. He started to pick up on his clan's feeling of hostility, and a prickle of anger ran up his spine. If a fight broke out, he knew it would be tempting for him to jump into the fray, despite having little battle training so far. Though if he did, Lightningfoot would be furious, so he forced himself to remain seated throughout the entire Gathering, but kept his claws ready to strike out at any given moment, just in case.

FlameClan:
Letting out a heavy sigh, Buzzardstar nodded and heading up to join the other leaders. The FlameClan leader tried to keep a prideful gait, she didn't want to show an sort of weakness in front of the others, including ForestClan. She had a nagged gut feeling that ForestClan would see this as reason to try and take over her clan. She settled down with the other leaders, feeling very envious of the other leaders' plumpness. Why did StarClan choose to make my clan suffer? she briefly closed her eyes praying silently for the prey to come back, this must be a test from StarClan, I don't want to fail them, not now.
OceanClan:
Breamstream blinked thinking for a bit, "Buzzardstar is the type to pick from what I heard, she more pacifistic, but if push comes to shove, I'm sure she might lash back," they stated, "let's like hope that no cat tries not to pick a fight with her." They flatten their ears, they hoped that they were right that Buzzardstar wasn't going to start something. They heard rumors about the FlameClan leader, when she wanted to be, was scary.

MountainClan:
"Look," Crowtail hissed. Buzzardstar finally lead FlameClan down. It was almost time for the gathering to commence. Foxstar just needed to get a move on.
FlameClan:
Bluestripe stayed close to Buzzardstar until it was time for her to take her place with the other deputies. She cringed as Emberfur's too-loud comment. Hopefully no one else heard that, or at least no one besides FlameClan cats.
This time around, Snowfoot was absent. Odd. Silverstorm was there, at least. She was a young cat, but Bluestripe approved of Foggystar's choice. Not that it was much of her business. She just appreciated knowing her longtime allies continued to choose reasonable cats as leaders.
Redpaw nervously crept into the hollow. She stayed close to Firetail for the most part, unsure of what to do. In the past, she'd just hung near Crowpaw. Maybe she should find some other apprentices now? The other warriors looked too scary, and angry. She saw a few other smaller cats in the hollow. There were OceanClan apprentices, and a ForestClan apprentice. She wanted to say hi to them all, but wasn't sure if her clanmates would want her talking to ForestClan cats.
OceanClan:
Pikepaw eavesdropped on their mentor's conversation with Icescale. He agreed. All of the leaders were intimidating, but Buzzardstar seemed really scary. Maybe Squirrelstar was a little more scary, but Buzzardstar was definitely a force to be reckoned with. They were glad OceanClan got along with FlameClan. Having both FlameClan and MountainClan to worry about would be too much for any cat.
He didn't see his brother anywhere, but maybe he'd just missed him. There seemed to be other apprentices tucked in the masses of big, scarred warriors. Maybe they could make a friend? It seemed unlikely, with FlameClan cats shooting everyone harsh looks.

Oceanclan:
Icescale nodded at BreamStream's words, and watched as the Flameclan warriors moved in. "They're so skinny!" She exclaimed, louder then necessary. Straighting her back she quickly caught herself, "I-I mean they. . . Look like they haven't eaten in a while. . . Ah" Icescale inwardly cursed herself for being so obnoxious. "Sorry. . ." She mumbled as a Flameclan apprentice passed, the poor thing was practically skin and bones. Oh starclan, please let this gathering start before I embarrass myself even more, wrapping her tail around her paws, she stared at the ground.

OceanClan: Silverstorm padded up to Icescale and Breamstream her eyes narrowed. "Voice down." She warned, her eyes flashing around the clearing, hoping no FlameClan cat heard. "I would rather not be the Clan to start the fighting." She muttered, her tail lashing. She knew OceanClan had long backed FlameClan and their separation but OceanClan was one to seek out battle, especially if another Clan wanted them to get involved. Silverstorm turned to see Turtlepaw and Pikepaw sitting together, she gave them a nod, trying not to stare at their tails curled together. She held back a purr of amusement, the apprentices had been very close so Silverstorm wasn't very surprised to see them.
ForestClan: Darkeyes pressed against Lightningfoot, reassured by his snowy pelt. "Thanks Lightningfoot." She muttered, giving him a lick on his shoulder to thank him. She hoped the Clans would believe her but she felt her fur fluffing as she thought of having to speak to such a large group of cats. She looked at the warrior with wide eyes. "If... If Foxstar wants us to speak...." She began, looking down at her paws. "I... I don't think I could..." She hoped Lightningfoot would understand what she was trying to say.
